DDM, not working for two monitors?
I have a CPU connected two monitors (both from Dell and same model). One is connected via HDMI and the other using DP. When launching DDM (Dell Display Manager) it works on the monitor (that's connected via DP) and doesn't work on HDMI monitor.
Primary question: How to setup DDM with two monitors?

You need a stable DDC/CI connection to both monitors and a compliant display driver. Restart DDM, then while holding down the SHIFT key right-click on the DDM system tray icon and select "Save diagnostic log" from the popup menu. Post the log you save; it should identify the issue.
