DDM random crashes KeyNotFoundException
I have two Dell monitors, U2723QE and S2722QC. I switch between a Windows 11 Pro laptop and Windows 10 Pro workstation using the KVM feature of the U2723QE running the latest Dell Display Manager version 2.2.0.43. The Windows 10 workstation runs great. Occasionally, maybe 2-3 times per week, DDM will crash on the Windows 11 laptop. I found the following exception in EventViewer.
Application: DDM.exe
CoreCLR Version: 6.0.2223.42425
.NET Version: 6.0.22
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key '0' was not present in the dictionary.

I can't find any way to submit a bug report to Dell on this.
