Dead Pixels, no service tag.
Hello,
My dell U2312HM has developed a number of dead pixels that affect the monitor's usability. However, it doesn't have an order number, and since I purchased it from amazon, I don't have an order number either. How am I supposed to contact customer support without them, because the form doesn't allow the use of serial numbers?

The warranty would be from September 23, 2013 to September 23, 2016. But, those are dark pixel defects. The "Dell Premium Panel Guarantee" only applies to bright pixel defects. Bright pixel defects only appear on a full black windows desktop.

What is the monitor 20 digit serial number? Before I get into the monitor exchange discussion...
Post two pictures so that we can see the pixel defects.
* The room must be using standard office lighting
* Change the windows desktop to an all black background
* Take and post a picture of this all black background showing us the stuck pixel
* Change the windows desktop to an all white background
* Take and post a picture of this all white background showing us the stuck pixel

Serial Number: CN-0KF87Y-74445-39N-BEXS
White background picture attached.
The issue is not visible on a black background.
