Dell 1700fp power supply

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Dell does not sell monitor power supply replacements. I am not really sure where you could locate a replacement for this monitor.

DELL Power supply (AC adapter)  for 1700FP  - model number is PSCV560101A.

Ac input: 100-240V ac, 1.3 - 0.7A

DC output: 14V , 4.0 A

Can you pl. provide Dell part number for this AC adapter please.

Can you tell me the dell part # for the power supply for the 1700fp?

Look on the back of that monitor and give me the serial number so that I can try and find a part number for you.

Monitor 1700FP : Model number=   1700FP and  serial number is :KR-091649-47602-032-A04P

also,  AC adapter unit (PSU)  itself serial number = 000300006A

Call the spare parts department at 1-800-372-3355 and tell them you need part number 50971. Which is an ac apapter for the monitor.

My monitor S/N  KR-08164D-47602-02T-A3WL, manufactured Feb. 2000.

If that Doesnt help I wonder if a 14V-3.0A, or a 14V-3.5A power supply might due? They both seem to be avaiable.
