Also, it seems that the OSD Menu on the monitor is locked due to which you are not able to change any monitor display settings. Menu Lock allows you to control user access to adjustments. When you select Lock, no user adjustments are allowed.
Please follow these steps to unlock the OSD Menu:
Press and hold the Menu button for 10 to 15 seconds to unlock it. If this does not work, please try the steps mentioned below:
Press the OSD Menu button.
Navigate to the 'Other Settings' option.
Hereafter, navigate to the 'Menu Lock' option on right side and select the 'Unlock' option.
Now, the OSD Menu is unlocked and you can make changes to the Monitor Settings.
Once you have followed the aforementioned steps, it is likely to work as desired.
