Dell 828FI
I have a Dimension L433c, and I am fixing to change my monitor to the Dell 828FI, I downloaded the driver (.inf file), but where do I put it on my harddrive so that it will be recognized when I go to update it in the settings/monitor/change dialog box. I tried to do it already from where I downloaded it to and it gave an error message saying it could not find the (hci) file.
Any suggestions would be greatful.

* Open the Device Manager (Press the Windows key and the Pause-Break key, Click the Hardware tab and the Device Manager button)
* Click the plus by Monitors
* Right click the Monitor listed
* Click Update Driver
* Click No, not at this time
* Click Next
* Click Install from a list or specific location
* Click Next
* Click Include this location in the search
* Click Browse
* Navigate to where the downloaded files are located
* Click OK
* Click Next
* Click Finish
* Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart
