Dell Display Manager setting or alternative

I recently got a Dell 3415 and LOVE it, as it's replacing my triple-monitor setup.  My question, however, is there anyway to add a setting to the "snap" settings.  It has just about every configuration you'd want (quad, 6, split horizontal, split veritcal, etc) except the one I want.  I want a larger box in the center (since that's what's directly in front of you) and two smaller ones on the side.  Is this possible??  To emulate my old monitor setup (had a 30 in the center and 24's on the sides)

If not, does anyone know any alternative software that will allow the same "snap to" function to arrange my screen real estate?

DDM allows one custom layout. Arrange the windows the way you want, being sure to close or minimize any others. Then select "Open Dell Display Manager" from the DDM menu or popup window, change the target monitor if you have more than one, go to the "Easy Arrange" tab, and and then click the "Save" hyperlink text button where it says "To create a custom layout, arrange your windows and then click Save"...
