Dell E193FP @ 60 Hz?

Question

I have a problem with my monitor, at least I think it isn't normal. I have a 19' screen and a video card from ATI; X300. My refresh rate is set to 60 Hz and I can change it to 70 or 75 Hz. When I set it to 70 or 75 Hz I see very thin black horizontal lines. They are very thin, but noticable. When I put it to 60 Hz I can't see them. Is this normal?? I have the latest driver for my video card..   Thanks

Possibly, I think 60Hz is the optimal refresh rate for most LCDs.

Wickedwe4sel. Drew_and_not_u is correct.  Most LCD displays use a 60HZ refresh rate.  Steve
