Hi Kiran: thanks for your offer of help, but I received an e-mail this morning (Sept 5) advising that the monitor shipped on Aug 30. The accompanying Purolator information tells me that the shipment departed their sort facility on Sept 4.
I wonder where it's been for the last 5 days?
