Dell E2014T Ship Date?

Hi: I ordered a Dell E2014T touch screen monitor on Aug 30, with an estimated delivery date of Sept 9.  Here it is Sept 4, and the order has not yet shipped. Is there an issue with availability?

Hi Kiran: thanks for your offer of help, but I received an e-mail this morning (Sept 5) advising that the monitor shipped on Aug 30. The accompanying Purolator information tells me that the shipment departed their sort facility on Sept 4.

I wonder where it's been for the last 5 days?
