Dell E2210Hc will not unlock.

Please try to Turn off the monitor, unplug the power cord, plug the chord back, and then turn on the monitor.

I tried pushing the four buttons on the monitor one at a time for 20 seconds each, then turning off the monitor, unplugging the power, pressing the power button with the cord unplugged, plugging the power back in, and then turning the power on..... but the OSD menu is still locked.

I finally got the monitor unlocked. I had been attempting to unlock the monitor when it was not connected to a computer. Since having it connected to a computer, and with the computer booted in to Windows I have now been able to successfully unlock the monitor by holding down the menu button for 20 seconds. Thank you for your time.
