Dell monitors with "spontaneous" break
Hello,
Having issues with a few monitors, would it be possible to have an "spontaneous" break like this?
I'm inclined to believe this to be miss used from the user.
Any comments?

I don't have the monitor with me right now, like i said, i believe to be miss use (a hit) instead of a some issue with the monitor.
I'm just looking for some feedback.

I have never heard of our monitors spontaneously breaking like you have shown. How old are these monitors? What is the 20 digit S/N on the one pictured?
