U2414H, no auto source input

Question

Hello there, I recently bought a Dell U2414H monitor because it allowed auto source input (as stated in the manual). And as I have a fair amount of devices that plugs into the screen this should be a great feature. Even thought it stated it in the manual? This should be fixed ASAP! Can it be done with a firmware update? Or am I missing something here?

Since your monitor OSD (On Screen Display) does not have that function, we must have removed it. No, Dell does not do in home firmware updates. The User's Guide A00 was written in October 2013. If you received a CD with the monitor (not sure), see if it has the same version or a newer version of the User's Guide on it.
