Not normal in standard usage. Can you show what the windows desktop has on it for an hour to reflect the images on the picture? Did you mean to say that LCD conditioning fixes the issue? You need to reset the monitor to Factory defaults = * Press the Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display) * Go to Other Settings- Factory Reset- Reset All Settings * Re-test for an hour * Then re-test by using a different port on the video card to a different port on the monitor
