You can rule out your video card by hooking up another LCD monitor to your system - for instance - your friends monitor he's now using after selling you the 1905. If the display problems you've described don't occur with his LCD monitor then tell your friend you want your money back...
Really thanks for your help, but is there the other solution. Because I don't think revert is the good way in my situation.

One last thing to try - did you install the 1905 monitor driver? Otherwise, Windows will use the operating system (generic) plug and play driver. If you did install the 1905 driver and reseting the monitor to the factory default color setting doesn't resolve the overall blue tint and other display issues you posted, then NO to answer your question, which means the monitor is defective.
