No. Our policy insists on getting the original Dell order number. Get the sellers name, email address, shipping address, and phone. Send them to me via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation). I can then search our database for his information to see if an order number surfaces. If the seller refuses, return them and get your money back.

May I ask whether the Dell order number is the same with the order number of (let's say) Aimazon?

It is a 9 digit number but I doubt it will be on the outside of the box. It would be on the invoice inside of the box.

So they went from Amazon, to ebay, to you. That is crazy.

* 24" and smaller monitors do not get a Dell Service Tag number. They only get a Dell Order number that automatically registers the buyer to the monitor. But only if purchased directly from Dell. This means you cannot "register" it. Since you did not purchased directly from Dell, you must follow these steps -
* Contact Dell Order Support for your country. They will need to contact the Dell Tag Team through internal Chat WHILE you are on the phone with them. Provide the following information to the Order Support representative so they can feed the data to the Dell Tag Team via Chat:

Monitor Model =
Monitor Part number =
Monitor 20 digit PPID alpha-numeric number =
[Your]
Email =
Name =
Shipping Address =
Phone =
* The Tag Team will then ATTEMPT to create a unique Dell Order number tying you to the monitor PPID number
