Disabling Power Save Mode on 2407FPW

I have a 2407FPW, and there's a rather annoying problem. Right before the computer finishes booting into Windows, for about 5ish seconds the monitor lights turn orange and it says "Entering Power Save Mode", and then finally goes green and comes back on.

Is there any way to disable and prevent the monitor from doing this "power save mode" thing, because I'd rather not always have it going orange just because the computer is restarting or booting into Windows. Thanks
