Display problem with ST2320L

I have got this horizontal moving lines on my display..which are very annoying, is there a solution for this.i had contacted tech support through email no reply yet.

here is a video of my problem..

If you do not see this issue when running the monitor Self Test, then the culprit is the video card driver or video card itself.

lines appear in self test also can be seen in grey color background

Dell Policy Concerning Monitor Exchanges -
* If the exchange is setup inside the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be New
* If the exchange is setup outside of the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be Refurbished/Used
* We cannot choose a specific panel revision to be shipped when issuing an exchange

Get the monitor replaced. You should contact Dell Order Support for your country. Provide to them the following data -

Monitor Order number:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number:
Reason: ST2320L Fails Self Test
