E173FPc balance color problem

I've some problems with a E173FPc monitor. The color in the screen is desbalanced to red. When I adjust the color perc. via the menu (user option) if the white color is OK, the darkest zones of the screen are desbalanced to red. When the darkest zone of the screen are balanced, the white is debalanced to blue.
What can I do????
