E1910C, input timing not supported

my desktop model is E1910C.   i ran in to a problem as i switch on the monitor i will get this message the current input timing is not supported by the monitor  display please change input timing to 1440*900@Hz  i couldn't resolve this i tried to go to safe mode by pressing f8 but it doesn't allow me to enter in to any mode as i turn on i will get the display as current input timing is not supported by the monitor  display please change input timing to 1440*900@Hz
