E2218HN, issue regarding brightness buttons
Dell E2218HN
I wanted to adjust brightness of my Dell E2218HN monitor, but the increasing button of the brightness is not working? Is there any other solution to it?

To receive assistance from Dell Chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live private chat session. Provide to them the private E2218HN Service Tag.
The E2218HN Menu and button options are dependent on the video cable used. What video cable are you using to connect to the E2218HN? What video out ports are on the PC?
