Hi NewtonWilson,

Welcome to the community.

Well, the serial number shows that it should be a Dell 1901 Flat Panel (19 inch) Monitor.

Let me know if there are any other concerns. Glad to be of assistance.

Is there a tool or website we can go to to that will allow us type in a monitor serial # and have it convert that to a monitor model #?

DanT409,

No, not an external tool. But you can take any Dell PPID number, example CN05Y2327161841PBGKA. See the 5Y232? That is the Dell part number. Do a web search for "Dell part 5Y232" and it shows 1901FP. So you would do the same for your PPID numbers.
