Flat panel problem - please help

I am in the process of upgrading my employers CRT's to E153FP flat panels.
On the majority of machines these work fine. However on a few machines there is an image problem.
It almost looks as though it is interference as the image is not stable and keeps distorting.
However i have ruled out interference by replacing the base unit with another system and the TFT works fine (in the same location).
So now I know that it is a hardware/software issue - but which?

The PC' managed the same resolution, 1024*768, on CRT's so what could it be. The chipset is an Intel 82815 graphics controller. memory=4MB. Pentium3 1Ghz. 382RAM.
Could it be the chipset? Surely this PC is of a high enough spec...

Please help as this is driving me crazy!!!

thanks
Matt
