flickering moniter - refresh rate won't resolve
I have a flickering monitor that doesn't get resolved when I change the refresh rate. Is there other ways to resolve this issue or is there a chance it's a problem with the moniter itself?

No - I hooked a different monitor up to it and there were no problems, so I am assuming that it is just the one monitor - maybe a tube going out????

The problem is apparently with the monitor itself. It could be any of a number of internal components failing in the monitor. Possibly even the picture tube. In most monitors these days, the picture tube is the only tube in the monitor. If it is a Dell monitor and it is less than 3 years old, it is still under warranty. Dell warrants all monitors for 3 years.
