Since you do not see it on the all black background, they are not Bright subpixel defect. To justify a refurbished exchange, there would need to be 6 or more Dark subpixel defects.

Can You tell, based on the photos, that I have 6+ dark subpixels?
* Change the windows desktop background to all black * If you see a stuck pixel that is white, red, green, or blue, that means it is a Bright pixel defect

Well, if these are not dead pixels, the white spot which is clearly visible on a light background, is this covered by the warranty?
