Getting a Fix file
Does anyone know how to go about actually getting the file identified in the attached link
I have now emailed the great dell support team five times, each time asking specifically for the file identified to correct my monitor problem. So far they have given me a range of different answers, but they simply will not give me the file.
Please help.

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Do you have the Nvidia video card? The dvi recovery.zip file only works with Nvidia video cards.

Yes. That is the card I have. The problem I have is perfectly described by the support form note by Cody. If I could simply get the file I could solve my problem. I have to say that this has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. You have a perfect note, but no one in the support group can give me the file. Is it top secret? Makes no sense. Not trying to rant on you, but have to say this is not the customer service that I expect of Dell. I would send you the email string, but really it would just make you cry.
