Has my PM been read?

I am a new owner of a 2007WFP and it has the banding issue. I was wondering how can I tell if Chris has read my PM or not? I can't find the solution anywhere and I would appreciate any help on this matter.

If you go to the outbox, and click on the message you sent Chris, it will tell you if and when it has been read.
