Have S/N? What model is it?
Simple request: CN0DW7077169BN1252
What model number is it? And why is this not a service I can just use online instead of asking for manual support?

Because some of the data in the Dell S/N is confidential. That S/N is for the AX510PA speaker, not a Dell monitor.
