Help on E176FPc

Question

My Dell E176FPc monitor is acting weird and I need some help. The details from the back are as follows:

17”

100-240V- 50/60 Hz 1.5A

The problem is the pixels are acting weird. An example is the banner which says:

FORUMS

LEARN. SHARE. EXPLORE.

Near the middle and end of it groups of pixels are a bright green, like this.

Also every window and even the desktop has pixel distortion. I have tried the factory reset repeatedly. Any help is appreciated.

Boot into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists. If it is OK in Safe Mode you need to reinstall the graphics drivers.

That won't help because I just disconnected the connection cord from the computer and activated the STFC and the colors were good except white it was distorted and even the white letters of the other colors were off. Because of this I don't think it is computer related and I'm thinking that it might need to be replaced. If anyone has any advice let me know.
