How do I add a custom application for changing the color profile in the new DDPM?

Why is it impossible to add new applications for color presets in DDPM by simply dragging and dropping, as was the case in DDM? 

Previously, it was possible to simply drag and drop the application's executable file, which would then select a specific preset. Now, however, this option is no longer available.

In general, scanning a folder for applications from the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu is a bad idea. Please add the option to add programs via a dialog box.

I tried a workaround by creating application shortcuts and adding them to this folder so that they would appear in the list, but when the application is launched, it simply does not track them and does not switch presets.
