Just received 2405FP and are having issues...HELP
Hi Everyone:
I just received a 2405FP and are having a couple of issues. If anyone has encountered same issues or has answers I would greatly appreciate it. I am using the monitor with a laptop.
1. In the packaging it says that important instructions and graphic drivers to set resolution to 1920x1200 are on CD but I didn't receive a CD.
2. The quality of the monitor looks poor...colors look somewhat dull and black letters on white background look kind of grainy. I've tried changing resolution and it helps a bit but are not able to go 1920x1200...Any suggestions?
3. My optical mouse seems to drag since I installed the monitor...I've gone throught the normal troubleshooting for the mouse.
Please let me know if anyone has encountered this. Thanks a lot.

Hard to help without knowing your system specs - what pc? What video card?
You need to update your monitor drivers so that Windows 'knows' that you have the 2405 - what does it say under 'Display Properties' right now? Both the monitor and video card should be properly identified there or you'll have issues. That's probably what is keeping you from getting up to the native resolution of the monitor.
