Dell certainly isn't sending out a consistent message. According an
article on C|Net, Dell claims to have solved the problem, and yet none of the users who have posted to the
1800FP stuck in DVI Power Save Mode thread seem to agree.
BTW, I believe the Digital Line Detect program is to make sure that your modem is plugged into an ANALOG phone jack. A DIGITAL phone jack will (can) damage the modem. If you are getting this error message check the phone jack.
