Menu button both unresponsive to press and ghost press randomly
My monitor for the past few months has not responded to menu button presses. This was annoying but manageable. However over the past few days, it has begun to ghost press the menu button repeatedly which brings up to menu, taking 1/4 of the screen. This happens at least once a minute which means the monitor is unusable.

Is there anything I can do about this? Can this be fixed/replaced? It's a few months out of the standard 1 year warranty which feels like I was sold a product with planned obsolescence.
