moniter returned on 04/27/04 reference # 44590864
i have retuned a moniter by ups on 04/27/04 around 12:00 noon
tracking number 1Z 6AE 426 26 4282 9714 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE REFUND ON MY BILL. please let me know what is going on, when i'm i going to the

You say that you are without a monitor on one post and are waiting for a monitor. On the other you mention you are wanting your money refunded. Let me know which one you are expecting?

Jessie says I have 2 different post one about my monitor and another about a rebate. Look closer and you will see that I have just one post and the other is a reply to your reply. It looks like you may have mixed me and specialtony together....that is the only way I can understand your reply.

thank you your help, but i called costomer service and they answered all my questions
while you all dilly dally around and never get to the point at hand. when i'm i getting my refund
your e-mail is suppost to help a costomer and help get the information that they need. so this would save time,
to me this was a waste of my time, because i still had to wait to get my answer from costomer service. today is
06/01/04 and still no answer to the questions
