Monitor 1702FP - cannot display video Mode

Hi, I have a dimension 2350, a few days ago I changed the monitor Original CRT for a New LCD 1704FP, I can work very well in my windows XP system, but I have some DOS programs, so wen I tried to run it , i'm getting the message "Cannot display this video mode",  I already check the drivers of my video card, the resolution of my display, also if I chaged my monitor 1702 to another computer with the same program works perfect, so I think it is something in my computer, what can i do?
