You need a new video card. What you are doing is switching from the on board video to the dedicated video card. Since you have a dedicated video card installed into your system when you switch to the on board there are no drivers installed for it.
you will need to id the type of video card you have currently in the system.
Connect the monitor to the add on card and power the PC on. Press F2 to enter the System Setup. Change the Advanced Chipset Features- Init Display First to PCI Slot. Save the changes and boot into windows. What happens?
