Monitor doesn´t display anything

Yesterday in the morning while I was working with my computer my monitor turns off by itself , I tried to turn it on but after I push the turn on button it display as normally does but only for a couple of seconds after that it turns off again. Could anybody recommend me what to do, I think a fusible is not working well but I´m not an expert. Should I send it to technical service? Where can I find a Dell technical expert in Mexico City?
