* From whom and when did you purchase this monitor? If not purchased directly from Dell, you have to transfer it into your name. Read this

 

* What PC model?
* What Windows operating system?
* What video card model is installed in the PC?
* What video out ports are available on the PC video card to test on the monitor video in ports?
* Show in detail how the video card is connecting to the monitor
