Monitor Not Working
I have a Dell 2407WFPb monitor that I bought a couple years ago and just this week it stopped working. When I press the power button the green LED turns on but the screen remains blank. The input LEDs like 1 2 3 4 5 work too. When I turn it on at 1 it goes to 2 for a second and then back to 1. If I turn it on at 2 it will go to 1 for a second and the back at one. 3 4 5 just stay lit if I turn it on from there. I was hopng if anyone knows if there's a solution to the problem? Thanks

JorelB,
What are the results of the monitor Self Test Feature Check?
* Turn off the monitor
* Unplug all of the monitor video cables from the back of the computer video card
* Turn on the monitor
* The floating red/green/blue/white dialog box should appear on screen against a black background

I still see nothing on the screen. The power turns green though and it stays green. I think before when it worked the power would turn yellow if there was no input but now it just stays green with no display.

If under warranty, it should be replaced.

How do I check if it's still under warranty? I tried to put the product code in the back on the warranty part of the website but the code won't fit.

I think I sent the information but I don't know if I sent it in the right thing.
