monitor orientation

Right after I got my new computer, my toddler snuck in and did some adjusting.  Now the monitor orientation is vertical rather than horizontal.  To complicate matters further, when I was looking at the monitor menu, I was paying more attention to her than the screen and I inadvertantly locked it.  Does anyone know how to remedy this?  It's probably easy, but I'm pretty ignorant about these matters.

Was it adjusted in the monitor or the video card. If it was the video card, you may be able to right click on the desktop and under options, rotation choose no rotation and restore things. If that doesn't work which model monitor and graphics card do you have?

Try this to unlock the monitor - push and hold the 'Menu' button for over 15 seconds.

To rotate the screen:
Ctrl + Alt + Left Arrow: rotate the display 90 degrees left
Ctrl + Alt + Right Arrow: rotate the display 90 degrees right
Ctrl + Alt + Down Arrow: rotate the display 180 degrees
Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow: rotate to normal

Wow, that was a lifesaver. They strangest things happen when you bump into your monitor and your boobs his keys.
