Not much difference except you may not it is not as sharp or clear as it could be with DVI. Suggest you try it first to judge it for yourself. These are very subjective opinions.
You will only be able to run it in the analog mode, with the VGA connector. That card is not integrated as you indicated, so you could do a minor upgrade to a lower end 4x or backwards compatible 8x 128MB AGP card, with DVI connectivity, if you want. About $75-$100. Less on auctons.

how much display-quality will I be losing in the analog mode?
If there is not too much difference, I can live with it.
