Monitor s2340m having issues
I have recently been having trouble with my Dell s2340M monitor. The screen was beginning to have a grainy effect on the left side of the screen and had horizontal lines that began moving upward. The next day the entire screen turned into a pigment of pink and light green and will not display anything else. I tried using different cables and tried hooking it up with just power with no change in results. The monitors settings wont show either for me to run any diagnostics on it. I did purchase it from best buy so it does not have an order number, however, the manufacture date is inside the warranty. Thanks for your help!

Dell monitors that are purchased separately from any of the dell outlets carry a 3 year manufacture warranty (If it’s a refurbished one it carries a 90 day warranty). Please send me the picture of monitor along with purchase invoice via private message. I do not have the option to start a conversation with you on your page. The option is visible on other dell representatives profiles but not on yours.
