Monitor serial number below, what model is it?
hi,
My Dell monitor serial number is MX-0G283H-74262-93N-1P5S. What is my model. I am having issue with this monitor. The power button does not turn off. The power is on but only black screen. Please help!

That is the out of warranty 2408WFP built on March 23, 2009.
* Turn the PC and 2408WFP off
* Disconnect every cable from the 2408WFP including the power cable
* Press and hold in the power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the 2408WFP
* Turn the 2408WFP on. Does anything appear onscreen?
