Monitor USB Reset
* Power off the PC
* Power off the monitor
* Disconnect all cables from the monitor (power, USB, VGA, DVI, DP, HDMI, etc.)
* Disconnect all monitor cables from the PC (USB, VGA, DVI, DP, HDMI, etc.)
* While disconnected, press and hold the monitor power button down for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cord to the monitor
* Reconnect the monitor video cable to the PC video card and to the monitor
* Power on the monitor if it does not power on by itself
* Power on the PC
* Once into windows, open the Device Manager (Press the Windows key and the Pause-Break key)
* Click the Hardware tab
* Click the Device Manager button
* Click the plus by Universal Serial Bus Controllers (notate what is listed)
* Connect the USB Upstream cable from the bottom of the monitor to a USB port on the rear of the PC
* Under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, you should see additional Generic USB Hubs
* This means the monitors USB Hubs were seen by the operating system
