Very little demand for what you are doing. But you could make your own. Some sealed batteries with a 12V output, a power inverter designed for vehicles and you have AC.
Some monitors run with external power bricks. If you found one that outputted 12,18 or 24v, you could use that. Other voltages are doable, just more effort.
I assume you are planning the monitor to be near the laptop
