Mouse Pointer Disappearing on 2005fpw

Question

Ever since I got my 2005fpw LCD periodically my mouse pointer will freeze in one spot, and then will disappear.  I have tried 3 different nvidia drivers for my geforce 6800 to no avail.  Any suggestions.  Dell has no way for me to contact them unless I have a service tag, which monitors don't have.  Message Edited by briguyiu on 12-01-2005 09:30 PM

I downloaded the monitor drivers and so far I haven't had the problem.  Before this it said plug-n-play monitor on 6800 instead of dell 2005fpw(digital) which it says now.

Anyone know how to get in touch with dell for monitor support???  You have to have a service tag for everything which monitors don't.
