Need to return defective S2409W
The monitor that came with my desktop had dust under the screen and I was sent a new monitor. I had customer service e-mail me a UPS shipping label, but I am just wondering if I need an "authorized return number" as well. Do I need to do anything else? I don't want to get charged for another monitor because I didn't do something. Thank you!

The UPS label is enough. To be certain, go ahead and write the exchange ordere number on the box.
