OSD Image Settings with 2001FP
Hello,
I just received my new 2001FP and it's freakin' awesome... but for some reason I cannot select the "Image Settings" on the OSD Menu, for some reason it's greyed out. I have two system hooked up to the monitor and the one that's using the VGA input has the "Image Settings" but the one on the DVI input does not, and this is my main system. Also one of my buddies bought the same monitor and has it hooked up the same way and he has the option to select the "Image Settings" through the DVI input.
So does anyone else have this problem?
Any suggestion on fixing it?
The system specs of the DVI input...
- ATI 9800 XT running 4.2 Catalyst's
- Windows XP Pro SP1
- Dell 2001FP Monitor Drivers (the newest ones in the download area)
Thanks

And please don't let the fact that I'm an Alienware Owner stop you from replying... I do own several other Dell's...

"Image Settings" only apply for the analog inputs. That's why the selection
is greyed out when you select DVI input. Likewise, there is no contrast adjustment.
You aren't missing anything. The Image Settings are there to compensate for problems
with the analog interface. A digital connection is always "perfect".

Thanks for the reply... but the weird thing is that my buddies 2001FP is hooked up using the DVI and he can adjust the "Image Settings"... so that's what's got me stupified
