P series monitor provide better quality display panels as compared to S series?

Does P2425DE ($399 QHD 2560x1440 IPS) have better quality display compared to S2725QC ($349 4KUHD 3840x2160)? When it comes to display quality which is better for long working hours?

Yes, Dell P series (Professional) monitors are better quality than Dell S series (Home & Small Office) monitors.  While Dell P series monitors are utilized with high performance IPS panels, the S series monitors are mostly built with budgeted TN panels.

Given the 4K resolution of S2725QC, doesn't that provide a higher-quality panel? Maybe the higher price of P series is mainly due to extended connectivity features? Thank you very much in advance.

It was an overall comparison.  A better build quality is suitable for long working hours. Use review site such as RTINGS for specific model comparison as they have tested data for supported ratings.
