Before our users can help, you need to reply with more data =* What specific Dell monitor model?* What PC model?* What operating system?

The P2219H is an older model. Did you buy it new directly from Dell? What is the non-private 20 digit serial number on the rear label?
The P2219H has a built-in HDMI in port. Test using an HDMI to HDMI cable to connect to the PC HDMI out port.

Hi,
No, I haven't bought it directly from Dell. This is the non-private 20 digit serial number: CN-0V7JPS-QDC00-9AB-94YB-A06
I am using currently HDMI to HDMI and I am still facing the same issues. It is not in warranty right now.

CN-0V7JPS-QDC00-9AB-94YB = Built 3 years/97 days ago on October 11, 2019.
If you test the P2219H HDMI in port and HDMI cable on another PC HDMI out port and see the same issue, then the P2219H is faulty.

One last question, please.
Is it normal that I can recognize the pixels of the screen?

Explain that in full, I do not get it.

Check the pictures
When I am looking at the monitor, I see the content on it as pixels. I can literally see each pixel on the monitor.
