Test the speakers directly connecting to a PC or laptop. If the speakers works, the issue is with the monitor connection setup. If it does not work, replace the speakers.

In addition to connecting the P2219H video port and cable (HDMI/DP/VGA) to the like port on the PC, you also have to connect the USB-B to USB-A cable from the P2219H USB-B upstream port to the PC USB-A port.
